Laptop stickers: the 3-inch sweet spot
A laptop lid is shared real estate — most people collect stickers over time, so a 2.5"–3.5" die-cut sticker claims presence without hogging the lid. Detailed artwork holds up well at 3"; simple logos still read at 2".
Material matters as much as size here: laminated vinyl survives being slid in and out of bags daily. Every die-cut sticker we print carries that laminate by default.
Water bottles: mind the curve
Curved surfaces punish oversized stickers — anything much beyond 3" wide starts to wrinkle on a standard bottle. Stay at 2"–3" and apply to the straightest part of the bottle. Waterproof vinyl with laminate is essential: bottles get washed, iced and condensated daily.
Packaging & thank-you stickers: small and frequent
Packaging stickers work in multiples — one sealing tissue paper, one on the box, one tossed in as a freebie. The classic 1.5"–2" circle hits the balance between visible branding and cost-per-parcel, which is why e-commerce shops order them on rolls by the 500s.
When in doubt: print the middle size
